Fire destroys Minnesota business warehouse
A fire occurred on Saturday at 12:40 p.m. that destroyed a wire warehouse in Hugo. The warehouse belonged to the wire business, Glamos Wire Products.
Calls were made to the Centennial fire department by concerned citizens after they saw black smoke coming from the building. Firefighters from the Hugo department had been in the same area an hour before the outbreak of the fire because of power outages. Investigations into the cause of the fire are still under way, however, it has been speculated that it may have been due to the fallen power lines.
No one was in the warehouse at the time of the incident, and the company will continue business on Monday in a different building.
