Aaron Ferguson

Aaron Ferguson graduated in the top third of his class at William Mitchell College of Law. While there he received two CALI awards, which are given to the student with the highest grade in their class. Aaron received these honors by earning the highest grades in his Workers’ Compensation and Property classes. Aaron clerked at Robert Wilson and Associates for three years before being asked to join the firm as an associate attorney. During this time he worked on some of the firms biggest cases; in one instance, Aaron worked on a case on behalf of a quadriplegic who was injured by a drunk driver. The result was a seven-figure settlement.

Aaron was so trusted and respected by the firm that he was asked to fly to Portland, Oregon to assist in settlement discussions with the automobile manufacturer on a product liability case. Aaron truly has a passion for the continued study of law and a strong desire to represent the little guy against the insurance company. He is tireless in his efforts for his clients, and will out-work and out-prepare opposing counsels day in and day out. Aaron concentrates his practice on Workers’ Compensation, auto accident litigation, medical malpractice and product liability.
