Man sues Minnesota company for injuries he suffered while working
A man from North Dakota recently filed a lawsuit against Fabcon, Inc., a Minnesota-based company, after he seriously injured his knee while working on one of the company’s construction sites in Bismarck.
The lawsuit states that the man was delivering wall panels made of concrete to the company’s construction site when he fell into an unmarked hole. The man seriously injured his right knee while falling and was left temporarily disabled.
The lawsuit cites Fabcon, Inc., as being negligent and careless in its actions when the accident occurred. The man is seeking an undisclosed amount in damages.
