Workers injured in Beltrami granary blast

At least two workers recently sustained injuries after an explosion occurred at their place of work in Beltrami, Minnesota, a news article reported on Wednesday, October 7.

According to reports, at about 8:40 a.m., an explosion occurred at the Beltrami Ag Services Granary facility. Authorities from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that two workers suffered injuries from the blast. The workers, only identified as “two males,” were both transported to a medical facility in Crookston, and the extent of their injuries is unknown. Authorities are investigating the cause of the “small explosion.”
